摘要：金融危機(jī)之后A股市場(chǎng)一直不溫不火，現(xiàn)在更是創(chuàng)下了2200點(diǎn)的歷史新低。在這個(gè)A股市場(chǎng)低迷的情況下，新三板擴(kuò)容的消息讓投資者們摸不清頭腦。有人認(rèn)為新三板會(huì)分流A股一部分資金，使股指進(jìn)一步下跌；也有人認(rèn)為新三板的優(yōu)秀企業(yè)以及新的模式會(huì)給A股市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)。本文主要針對(duì)新三板對(duì)A股市場(chǎng)各個(gè)方面的影響展開了分析與探討。

　　　文章的第一部分主要是介紹新三板的由來(lái)，第二部分主要從新三板對(duì)IPO的影響，對(duì)于同行業(yè)已上市企業(yè)的影響以及對(duì)A股市場(chǎng)的影響，第三部分結(jié)合第二部分分析了新三板的未來(lái)，對(duì)于科技創(chuàng)新型民營(yíng)企業(yè)的展望。

Abstract：Since the financial crisis of China's Stock market fell again and again, hit a record low of 2200 points. The Stock market downturn, the news of three new board expansion so that investors lost in the mind. Some people think that the three new boards will divert part of the Stock market funds, stock index fell further; also suggested that the outstanding enterprises as well as a new model of the new board will give the Stock market turnaround. In this paper, the Stock market in all aspects of the impact of three new boards to expand the analysis and discussion.
