【摘要】隨著時代的發展，秘書人員的工作范圍也變得更加寬廣，輔助決策也成為秘書工作的重要方面，輔助決策的好壞對秘書的工作有重要意義。秘書工作越來越多地參與到了領導決策當中去，作為領導的參謀和助手，在工作中與領導進行主輔配合，謀而不斷。本文從秘書輔助決策職能的概述出發，在界定秘書輔助決策職能的定義、特征、原則的基礎上，闡述了秘書人員在發揮輔助決策職能時存在的不足及應對措施，并就秘書如何做好輔助決策工作問題提出了自己的看法。
