摘要：旅游和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合日益引起人們的關(guān)注，但是對于二者相結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)業(yè)類型，尤其是旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)這兩者，目前業(yè)內(nèi)還沒有清晰的界定。本文著重討論了旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)概念的界定，并對國內(nèi)外旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的研究成果進行了整合。在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合江蘇本省旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和特點，期望通過培育旅游文化產(chǎn)業(yè)運行新主體、實行板塊旅游戰(zhàn)略、整合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、加強政府引導(dǎo)等手段，來推動江蘇省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的新發(fā)展。

Abstract: The fusion of tourism and culture industry growing cause the attention of people, but to their combining and produce industry types, especially cultural tourism industry and cultural tourism industry both, at present the industry hasn't clearly defined. This paper discusses the definition of the tourism culture industry, and to domestic and international tourism culture industry development research achievement of integration. On the basis of above studies, combined with the tourism culture industry development present situation and characteristics of Jiangsu province, by cultivating tourism culture industry run new subject, executing plate tourism strategy, integrating industry chain, and strengthening the guidance of government,  expect to promote the new development of tourism industry overall of Jiangsu province.
