摘要:乳化液的質量指標包括穩定性、析油濃度、電導率pH值。由于乳化液在使用過程中易變質,使用周期較短,因而要努力控制好乳化液的質量指標,通過必要的檢測手段及時監控其變化。文章通過測定乳化液的穩定性、析油濃度、電導率、pH值反映乳化液質量,并根據相關標準進行質量評價。探討了乳化液的組成和主要質量指標及各指標對潤滑效果有什么具體影響。如何控制乳化液質量指標,為軋機生產提供優質、清潔、潤滑性能良好、具有一定工序防銹性能的乳化液,已成為一項重要的研究課題。 關鍵詞: 乳化液; 穩定性; 析油濃度; 電導率; pH值
Abstract The quality index of emulsion comprises its stability,condensate oil concentration, electro conductibility and pH values. While being used, the emulsion in short usage period is more likely to deteriorate. Therefore, it is essential to monitor the changes of the emulsion in time through the necessary means of detection in order to control the emulsion, i.e. control the quality index of the emulsion. By determining its stability,condensate oil concentration, electro conductibility and pH values, the paper indicates the quality of the emulsion and makes a quality assessment according to the relevant standards. It also presents the composition and main quality index of the emulsion as well as its concrete influence to the lubricating effect. It has become a valuable inclination to make research about how to control the emulsion quality index so that we can provide high-qualified and clean emulsion with great lubrication performance and certain anti-rust performance for rolling mill production.
