摘要:本文以企業(yè)文化相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的研究作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),通過分析企業(yè)文化多旅行社服務(wù)質(zhì)量的影響因素,結(jié)合對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)旅行社服務(wù)質(zhì)量的分析,以廣東省中國(guó)旅行社企業(yè)文化分析為例,探究如何針對(duì)企業(yè)文化從而改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量。優(yōu)化企業(yè)文化,不斷地調(diào)整自身的管理方式來適應(yīng)不斷變化的環(huán)境,用最好的質(zhì)量、最低的成本、最優(yōu)的服務(wù)以及最快的速度來滿足客戶的個(gè)性化需求,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:旅行社,服務(wù)質(zhì)量,企業(yè)文化

企業(yè)文化對(duì)旅行社服務(wù)質(zhì)量具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)管理的一部分,不能脫離企業(yè)的其他管理職能,反過來其他的管理職能也不能脫離企業(yè)文化。企業(yè)文化,可以改變企業(yè)員工的綜合素質(zhì),反之,企業(yè)員工的綜合素質(zhì),往往也決定了企業(yè)文化的推廣程度。企業(yè)文化需要通過自我學(xué)習(xí)和吸收融合其他的文化,而且要注入一定的規(guī)范管理管理制度,才能最終走上一個(gè)真正的企業(yè)文化之路。
