摘要:大學生村官制度的實施是一次偉大的創新和實踐過程，對于促進我國新農村的建設和大學生的就業有著重要的作用和意義。

　　　它的出現為社會主義新農村提供了人才技術保障、緩解了大學生就業壓力、促進了城鄉統籌發展并推動了農村基層組織建設。但同時也存在著許多的不足和問題亟待完善：一、大學生村官所學專業與農村需求不符；二、相關政策法規不健全、缺乏統一管理；三、大學生村官行為的短期性；四、社會對大學生村官角色缺乏認同，宣傳力度不夠等。

　　　本文針對以上問題提出相應的對策建議：一、選拔涉農專業的大學生到農村任職；二、健全保障制度，促進大學生長期扎根農村；三、加大對大學生村官政策的宣傳；四、解決大學生村官的后顧之憂。因此，大學生村官制度需要各方面的力量給予完善，從而使更多的大學生村官能夠沒有后顧之憂的長期扎根于農村，為農村地區的發展貢獻力量。

Abstract:The implementation of the College students' village official system is a great innovation and practice process. It is significant for our country to promote the construction of new countryside and college students' employment. 

　　　It provides a new socialist countryside with talent technology security, easing employment pressure, promote urban and rural development as a whole and promote the construction of rural organizations at the grass-roots level. But at the same time it still has many deficiencies and problems need to be improve: first, college students village officials and rural professional requirements; Second, relevant policies and regulations is not sound, lack of unified management; Third, college students village official short-term behavior; Fourth, social lack of university student village officer role identity, propaganda is not enough.

　　　Aiming at these problems puts forward corresponding counter measures and suggestions : First, the selection of agricultural professional students to serve in the countryside; Second, perfect security system, and promote the college students long rooted in rural areas; Third, strengthening the propaganda of village officials policy for college students; Fourth, solve the trouble back at home of college students village officials. Therefore, the university student village official system need to improve all aspects of the force, so that more and more college students village officials can not trouble back at home of long rooted in rural areas and make contributions to the development of the rural areas.

　　　大學生村官制度自從1995年孕育、產生以來，已經經歷了近20年的改革創新歷程。從最初的嘗試、摸索到普及和發展，在不斷地變化和完善中，這項制度的展開取得了很大的突破，也獲得了不少的成果。

　　　根據統計數字顯示，截至到2010年12月，全國已有20萬名大學生村官，他們分布在全國31個省(區、市)的廣大農村做基層工作，“大學生村官”早已從一個新事物變為百姓熟知和討論的的話題，也成為不少大學畢業生就業的新選擇。近年來，大學生畢業后選擇到農村任職的人數不斷增加，大學生村官的隊伍也在日益的壯大起來。

　　　本文對大學生村官制度的實施現狀進行深入的研究，通過利用網絡和圖書館搜集有關資料，關注我國大學生村官制度的發展進程，并訪問我校現擔任村官工作的學長學姐，通過問答的形式與其進行一次深入的訪談，切實了解大學生村官制度實施過程中取得的積極成效以及存在的相關問題，并提出相應可行性的解決辦法。透過現狀分析本質，使大學生對這一制度更加了解，更加積極地投入到社會主義新農村的建設之中。
