　　　微博客，作為信息時代下，隨著互聯網的普及與發展而衍生出的新的交流渠道，因其即時性強，傳播范圍廣、速度快，迅速成為時下最流行的網絡社交平臺。微博客與手機的結合顯示出了其強大的生命力和發展前景。消費者維權是人們普遍關注的問題，許多消費者面對自身權益受到侵害而未能實現正當維護的情況下，羅永浩通過砸西門子冰箱的行為在微博客平臺下傳播引發人們新的思考。微博客在事件中起到的橋梁、公開、以及持續性的作用受到人們廣泛關注。作為新興時代產物，將其作為一種新的維權方式，通過實現輿論擴大化而迫使相關部門作出反應，從而實現自身權益的合理、合法、以及低成本的維權。通過微博客這一平臺，羅永浩砸西門子冰箱事件在消費者維權中體現出的特征，引發人們營造安定和諧的網絡信息平臺的重要性的思考。力求提供一個借鑒參考的平臺，更好的實現消費者權益的保護。
