摘要 了解教師的工作滿意度有助于管理者調整教師的管理政策、有利于教育質量的提高。本論文采用文獻法、訪談法和問卷調查法,在前人研究成果的基礎上對XX州綠春縣188名小學教師進行工作滿意度的研究,結果發現:一、綠春縣小學教師對工作環境和條件、福利報酬、家長和學生品質三個維度不滿意,對社會認可和同事關系兩個維度較滿意,而工作本身、職業發展前景、領導管理三個維度和總滿意度接近中值水平。二、不同從教動機的小學教師工作滿意度存在極其顯著的差異,不同性別、年齡、民族、婚姻狀況、教齡、職稱、健康狀況、學校區域和任教科目的教師之間工作滿意度存在不同程度的顯著性差異。 關鍵詞:工作滿意度;小學教師;邊疆民族地區
ABSTRACT To understand teachers' job satisfactions will help administrators adjust their management policy for teachers and improve the teaching quality. This thesis adopts three methods—literature review, interview and investigation. And on the basis of predecessors' achievement, a research on teachers’ job satisfaction has been made in 188 primary schools' teachers in Lvchun county, Honghe prefecture. It found that, firstly, the primary school teachers are not satisfied not only with their work environment and conditions, welfare, but also with students and their parents’ quality. Meanwhile teachers are more satisfied with the social acceptance and colleague relationship, but they hold the general attitude about work itself, career development prospects and administrative management. Secondly, teachers’ job satisfactions in different teaching motivations are quite different. Other main factors affecting teacher’s work satisfaction are gender, age, nation, and marital status, length of service, the title of a technical post, health condition, school location and teaching subject.
