摘要 師范專業學生的專業學習時期是教師在專業發展過程中的一個重要階段,專業自我是專業發展的內驅力。但當前師范教育很少關注到師范生專業自我。本文旨在通過對一所地方新建本科院校師范專業學生專業自我狀況進行調查,對現狀進行認真了解、分析后,結合訪談分析師范生專業自我中存在的問題及原因所在,從師范生個人、學校、教師、教育體制這幾個方面提出建議及對策。 關鍵詞:師范生;專業自我;現狀分析
ABSTRACT normal students' professional learning period is an important stage in the process of teacher professional development, professional self is the inner driving force.But the current normal education little attention to the normal students' professional self.This article aims at the adoption of a newly local colleges normal students' professional self survey, understanding, analysis the situation of serious, interviews with analysis the problem and reasons of normal students professional self, puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures from the normal students, school ,teachers, educational system.
