中國周邊戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析中的中美關(guān)系研究

摘  要：經(jīng)過三十八年的改革開放，中國在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、科技、軍事等領(lǐng)域取得了巨大的進(jìn)步，綜合國力和國際地位顯著提高！中國崛起的勢頭勢不可擋。但近年來，中國部分周邊環(huán)境發(fā)生變化，面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。一方面，部分國家借助與美國的同盟關(guān)系尋求改變現(xiàn)狀，導(dǎo)致周邊海域呈現(xiàn)出海洋爭端多發(fā)，頻發(fā)的態(tài)勢；另一方面，中國在周邊“以經(jīng)促政”的戰(zhàn)略效果明顯下降。中國周邊環(huán)境的變遷的動因主要源于地區(qū)的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾，而美國正是利用中國與周邊國家存在的問題與爭議搞“鷸蚌相爭漁翁得利”，美國及其盟友試圖選擇預(yù)防性的戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)對中國的崛起。在美國重返亞太的大背景下，中國的地緣戰(zhàn)略空間被進(jìn)一步壓縮。

China's rise and the strategic environment of China's periphery

Abstract: After thirty-eight years of reform and opening up, China has made great progress in the fields of economy, culture, science and technology, military and other fields. The comprehensive national strength and international status have been improved significantly! Chinese rise momentum be a trend which cannot be halted. But in recent years, the Chinese part of the surrounding environment has changed, many challenges: on the one hand, some countries with the United States to seek change in alliance with the United States, resulting in the surrounding waters showing a number of maritime disputes, frequent situation; in addition, China in the surrounding areas to promote governance, the strategic effect is significantly decreased. The cause of the change of environment in China is mainly due to the structural contradictions in the region. The United States is the use of problems and disputes exist in China and its neighboring countries to engage in "when the Snipe in Yuwengdeli", the United States and its allies tried to prevent the strategy of coping with China's rise. In the context of the United States to return to Asia Pacific, China's geopolitical strategy space is further compressed.
