摘要:加熱爐的推鋼機是把鋼錠或鋼肧推入加熱爐中的設(shè)備，在出料端的加熱爐上，推鋼機也可以將加熱好的鋼錠或鋼肧從加熱爐的另一端推出，在鋼鐵產(chǎn)中推鋼機對連續(xù)軋鋼起著重要作用。

   TGJ液壓型推鋼機由液壓油缸、液壓泵站、平衡推桿及底座等組成。其主要特點是：結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、推力大、造價低，也可推進雙排坯.本課題主要針對液壓推鋼機的其內(nèi)容包括液壓推鋼機介紹、選擇設(shè)計方案、液壓缸計算、液壓系統(tǒng)原理設(shè)計及液壓缸的安裝與維護。

Abstract:Heating furnace of steel machine is push steel ingots or steel equipment in the fetus is pushed into the furnace, heating furnace on the discharge end, pushing steel machine heating can also be a good ingot or steel fetus is launched from the other end of the heating furnace, in the steel during pushing machine of continuous rolling play an important role.

　　TGJ type hydraulic pushing machine by the hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump station, balance the push rod and the base, etc. Its main features are: simple structure, big thrust, low cost, also can promote the double row blank. This topic mainly aimed at the hydraulic pushing steel machine including the selection of hydraulic push steel machine is introduced, the design principle of calculation, hydraulic cylinder hydraulic system design and installation and maintenance of the hydraulic cylinder.

　　目的是讓我們設(shè)計與改造鋼鐵廠原有的液壓系統(tǒng),重點解決同步,主要完成液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與計算，運動分析，集成塊的設(shè)計通過該畢業(yè)設(shè)計能使學生完成專業(yè)的基本要求。學生通過工廠實踐與理論學習能夠完成。完成以上任務(wù)能夠讓我們對本專業(yè)知識進行綜合運用，增強解決實際問題的能力，培養(yǎng)獨立思考的能力，進一步提高查閱資料、計算問題、思考問題、對數(shù)據(jù)的處理、軟件的使用、圖紙的繪制、文字表達的能力，為以后工作打下基礎(chǔ)。
