摘要:為了滿足對(duì)煤炭日夜增長(zhǎng)的需要,必須大量生產(chǎn)綜合機(jī)械化采煤設(shè)備,迅速增加綜合機(jī)械化采煤工作面。因此,液壓支架的性能決定了整個(gè)綜采的進(jìn)度與安全,從而對(duì)液壓支架的液壓系統(tǒng)的的設(shè)計(jì)成了液壓支架設(shè)計(jì)的重要部分。 本論文主要闡述了掩護(hù)式液壓支架的液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,另外也對(duì)液壓支架中的主要部件做了設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)過程中根據(jù)液壓支架的工作要求和工作條件,充分利用液壓設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)軟件簡(jiǎn)明、方便的特點(diǎn),在完成相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)分析、計(jì)算后,綜合出較優(yōu)的液壓系統(tǒng)原理,并對(duì)相關(guān)液壓元件的參數(shù)選擇以及整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,然后通過CQYZ-M/C1智能化測(cè)控液壓系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,在實(shí)驗(yàn)成功的基礎(chǔ)上,繪制出液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖。本論文中對(duì)液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容如下: 第一章 液壓支架的設(shè)計(jì)目的以及對(duì)液壓支架的概述。 第二章 對(duì)掩護(hù)式液壓支架支架中的結(jié)構(gòu)和主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)。 根據(jù)支架的工作要求、環(huán)境,對(duì)支架的頂梁、掩護(hù)梁、底座、前后連桿等主要部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 第三章 對(duì)掩護(hù)式液壓支架中立柱及其他千斤頂?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)。 根據(jù)液壓支架的工作要求、環(huán)境,完成對(duì)支架立柱液壓缸及其他千斤頂?shù)脑O(shè)計(jì)。 第四章 對(duì)掩護(hù)式液壓支架的液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算。 根據(jù)支架需要完成的動(dòng)作,確定液壓系統(tǒng)的回路,從而擬定液壓系統(tǒng)原理圖,并完成液壓系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)算。 關(guān)鍵詞:掩護(hù)式液壓支架、液壓系統(tǒng)、升降、推移
