摘要:干花生紅衣脫皮機是對烘干的花生米在食品和飲料生產前進行脫皮處理。將經過烘干的花生米倒入脫皮機料斗中，經脫皮輥輪摩擦脫皮，經過分離裝置將皮米自動分離后排出。本設計的脫皮機就是利用滾動摩擦脫皮法，對花生米等類似果仁的脫皮。其特點：小型機械，結構簡單；易制造、易操作，成本低；生產條件要求不高。

　　　通過對脫皮部分與電機的選型配套，滾動軸承的選擇及校核計算，輥輪從動軸的設計計算，皮帶輪的傳動設計計算，傳動裝置的運動參數及動力參數的計算，齒輪的選用，結構設計與布置，及其強度校核，使脫皮機具有運轉平穩、成本低、維修方便等特點。該機將廣泛用于花生米原料的初加工或者用于食品、飲料制品和花生露的加工。
