摘  要:本設計是針對杭州西溪別墅進行的集成空調系統的設計。設計的別墅包括客廳、餐廳、書房、主臥等不同功能的房間，總建筑面積為162.45㎡，建筑高度為11.3m，建筑共三層（一二層之間有夾層），一層布置有客廳、保姆房，夾層布置餐廳，二層布置客廳、老人房、小孩房、起居室，三層布置書房和主臥。設計的對象為高檔別墅，因此采用節能、美觀、控制方便的多聯機系統，并采用獨立新風系統實現室內新風要求和回收排風熱量。此次暖通空調設計的內容包括：多聯機空調系統（VRV）、空調室內機冷凝水系統、獨立新風系統+全熱交換器。

Abstract:The graduation design is the integration air-conditioning system design of a villa in Xixi Hangzhou . This villa is a mul-function building,which includes parlour,dinning room,study and advocate. It's total area is 162.45㎡.the height of the building is 11.3m. There are three floors in the building (between the first and second floor is the interlayer) . The parlour and the nurse's room are set up in the first floor, the dinning room is in the parlour , the saloon , the old's room , the child's room and the living room are on the second , upon them are the study and the main bedroom . As is for a top grade villa , we use the VRV(variable refrigerant volume) system which means energy-saving, artistic and easy control. In order to satisfy the fresh air requirement and recycle the heat of the exhaust air. This HVAC design includes the VRV system, the condensed water system indoor, the IFA system + HRV.
