摘要:個人住房貸款業務作為中國建設銀行的一大特色的服務品牌有著很大的發展空間和潛力,但由于近年來國內外經濟環境的不斷變化,使得個人住房貸款業務存在的問題和風險被逐漸地暴露出來。 本文通過介紹中國建設銀行個人住房貸款業務的優勢,揭示個人住房貸款業務發展的現狀并進行分析,對存在的業務問題和風險進行歸類并分析其原因,總結影響其業務發展的主要障礙。與此同時,以美國次貸危機對全球經濟以及對中國的金融經濟出現的沖擊為警示,結合我國國情,從經濟手段、法律手段、行政手段各個方面探討建設銀行應該如何防范和控制風險,通過制定具體措施,為完善我國建設銀行個人住房貸款業務的發展提出相關對策。 關鍵詞:中國建設銀行,個人住房貸款,風險,次貸危機,防范
Abstract:Individual Housing Loans as a major feature of the China Construction Bank (CCB) of the service brand has much room for development and potential, but due to the changing economic environment at home and in the foreign countries in the recent years, making the problems and risks of Individual Housing Loans business be exposed gradually. According to the introduction of the advantages of Individual Housing Loans business in CCB, this article reveal and analyze the status of the Individual Housing Loans business, classify and analysis of the reasons on the existing business problems and risks, summarized that which is the main obstacles to impact its business development. At the same time, the U.S Sub-prime Loan Crisis on the global economy and China’s financial and economic impact as a warming, with the national situation, from the economic means, legal means and administrative means, to explore CCB how to prevent and control risks in all aspects. What’s more, through concrete measures to improve our CCB Individual Housing Loans business development and put forward relevant countermeasures.
