摘要：存貨是一個企業(yè)的重要組成部分，是能夠為企業(yè)帶來經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)資產(chǎn)，所以存貨管理是企業(yè)內(nèi)部控制的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在這個經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天，不斷地涌現(xiàn)出新的存貨管理問題，如何通過高效的存貨管理來建立競爭優(yōu)勢并贏得顧客的青睞已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。

　　　本文對存貨管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧和總結(jié)，闡述了存貨管理的基本理論和方法，對南通林川服飾有限公司進(jìn)行了調(diào)研，分析了該公司的存貨管理現(xiàn)狀，運用了存貨管理的理論和方法，剖析了該公司存貨管理存在的問題，針對其存貨管理存在的不足，提出加強(qiáng)存貨管理的措施。為該公司的存貨管理提供參考建議，使企業(yè)存貨管理最優(yōu)化，實現(xiàn)利潤最大化。

Abstract：Inventory is an important part of an enterprise, is the important economic asset can bring economic benefits for the enterprise, so the inventory management is an important link in enterprise internal control. Today in the rapid economic development, constantly emerging of new inventory management problems, how to efficient inventory management to establish competitive advantage and win the favor of the customers has become enterprises urgently need to solve the problem.
