摘要：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，企業(yè)的壓力逐漸增大，巨大的壓力迫使企業(yè)必須根據(jù)市場(chǎng)做出適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。物流采購(gòu)成本就成了各大企業(yè)紛紛關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。事實(shí)證明，對(duì)于大型連鎖企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，物流采購(gòu)成本更為重要，是其增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提高效率的關(guān)鍵因素。大型連鎖企業(yè)如何能有效地降低企業(yè)物流采購(gòu)成本，使企業(yè)在保質(zhì)保量的基礎(chǔ)上獲得利潤(rùn)最大化，是本文討論的中心點(diǎn)。

　　　本文首先對(duì)此課題國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理，通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)、調(diào)查等方法，理論結(jié)合實(shí)際，通過(guò)對(duì)蘇寧電器股份有限公司的物流采購(gòu)成本的研究，以點(diǎn)帶面，分析行業(yè)物流采購(gòu)成本優(yōu)化的方法，提出降低物流采購(gòu)成本的對(duì)策，最終達(dá)到提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Abstract：With the continuous development of market economy, enterprise pressure gradually increases, the huge pressure forced the enterprises must make the appropriate adjustments according to the market. Logistics cost has become the focus of the enterprises concerned. In fact, for large chain enterprises, the logistics cost is more important, is the key factor to enhance the market competitiveness, improve the efficiency of the. How large chain enterprises can effectively reduce logistics cost, maximize profit basis to enable enterprises to the quality and quantity in the center, is discussed in this paper.

　　　Firstly, this paper reviews the research status at home and abroad, through literature, investigation method, combining theory with practice, through research, Suning Appliance Limited by Share Ltd logistics procurement cost to fan out from point to area, analysis method of trade logistics procurement cost optimization, put forward measures to reduce logistics cost, to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
