摘要：小微企業是我國企業的重要組成部分，在促進經濟增長、就業增長、和增加農民收入中發揮著重要作用。近年來，小微企業在籌資過程中，面臨籌資難、籌資少、風險大等很多問題，使得小微企業在生存和發展時缺少強有力的助力。了進一步發展小微企業，本文通過分析小微企業的籌資現狀，從小微企業內部控制、信用問題、銀行問題以及政府問題四個方面出發，總結出我國小微企業籌資困境的原因。然后根據原因，從企業內部控制、企業信用、銀行和政府四方面提出解決我國小微企業籌資困難的對策， 這對我國小微企業在今后的發展上將有現實意義。
