摘要:存貨作為一項在企業中占有很大比例的資產，貫穿于生產經營的各個環節，直接關系到企業的資產運作效率和資金占用水平。因此，存貨管理已經成為現代企業中不可忽視的重要組成部分。在社會主義市場經濟不斷完善的今天，企業想要在激烈的競爭中占據一席之地，就要不斷完善自己的經營管理策略，從而提高自身競爭優勢。如何達到降低存貨管理成本、加強企業內部控制、加快企業資金周轉，最終實現企業利潤最大化以及持續穩定發展的目的，做好存貨管理就顯得尤為重要。

　　　本文采用理論與案例相結合的論證方法，以新疆眾和股份有限公司的存貨管理為例，通過審視該企業的過高庫存、資金周轉不良、同行業競爭力下降等存貨管理問題，提出解決措施。筆者主要運用供應鏈管理理論，采用JIT采購機制，探尋企業存貨管理問題產生的源頭，研究解決問題的基本思路，提出了一些應對該企業存貨管理問題的措施和對策。

Abstract:　Inventory as a large proportion of the assets in the enterprise, throughout all aspects of production and operation, directly related to the assets operational efficiency and the amount of funds used level. Therefore, inventory management has become an important part of the modern enterprise can not be ignored. Constantly improve the socialist market economy; companies want to occupy a place in the fierce competition, it is necessary to continuously improve their business management strategy in order to improve their competitive advantage. How to reduce the cost of inventory management, strengthen internal control, to speed up their liquidity, and ultimately to maximize their profits, and the purpose of sustained and stable development, good inventory management is particularly important.

　　　In this paper, a combination of theory and case demonstration, Xinjiang Zhonghe Co., Ltd. inventory management, for example, by looking at the enterprise excessive inventory, poor liquidity, the same industry and declining competitiveness such as inventory management, and proposed solutions. I mainly use the theory of supply chain management, of JIT procurement mechanism, to explore the source of the enterprise inventory management problems, to study the basic idea to solve the problem, put forward some measures and countermeasures to deal with the enterprise inventory management.
