摘要:在企業的整個生命進程中，從一開始的創立到后來的成長擴張都必須要有一定量的資本作為后盾，所以資本是企業的生命的源泉，維持了企業各種經濟活動的進行，支撐著企業的經營活動，資本就是以一種從開始的融資到投資再融資的循環過程在企業的生命里起作用的。隨著全球經濟的發展和不斷變化的經濟環境，更多的融資方式不斷產生，融資方式如何分類，對企業財務有什么不同的影響，導致在企業融資策略研究中融資結構是研究的核心，本文研究的融資結構是企業從內部和外部取得的資金之間的比重關系。

　　　本論文分為五部分，首先是論文的序論，主要包括了研究、背景及方法；然后是對生命周期和融資策略的相關研究的文獻綜述介紹；還有對本文所用的理論作一個簡單的概況以為第四章對企業的分析工作；第四部分是利用浙江蘇泊爾股份有限公司公布的數據進行生命周期劃分以及融資策略研究；最后是本文結論。

Abstract:In the whole process of life, from the beginning of the creation of later expansion must have a certain amount of capital as the backing, so capital is the source of life of enterprises, maintain the enterprises of various economic activities, support the business activities of enterprises, circulation of capital is in a beginning financing to investment and financing plays an important role in the life of the enterprise. With the development of global economy and the changing economic environment, more financing means continuously produce, financing way how to classify, what are the different impact on corporate finance, resulting in the study of the financing strategy of financing structure is the core of the study, the financing structure of this paper is to study the relationship between the proportion of enterprises to obtain from the internal and external funds.

　　　There are five parts in this paper, the first is the introduction, including research, background and methods. The second is the literature review of the related research on the life cycle and financing strategy is introduced. The third is the use of this theory to make a simple survey that fourth chapter analysis to the enterprise. The fourth part is the cycle division study on the life and financing strategy by Zhejiang SUPOR Limited by Share Ltd published data. The last is the conclusion of this paper.
