摘要:近年來，文化產業已經成為衡量綜合國力的重要指標。2012年兩會期間，溫家寶在政府工作報告中再次強調加強文化建設。在加強和加快轉變經濟增長方式的前提下，加快發展文化產業，積極推動文化市場的大繁。文化產業的發展將會促進社會主義精神文明的建設，其中，文化產業投融資是促進文化產業發展的核心力量。然而，盡管近年來，我國的文化產業取得了一定的成就，對促進中國經濟的高速發展，建設中國特色社會主義和諧社會具有積極的推動作用。但是如今農村文化產業的關注度仍然不夠，有的甚至處于被忽略的狀態。因此，隨著我國農村居民物質生活水平不斷提高的同時，應當尋求有效的途徑解決農村文化產業投融資難的問題。

　　本文通過研究分析滁州文化產業存在的主要問題，并在結合國內外的相關文化產業投融資改革經驗的基礎上，有針對性的提出改善問題的措施，在經濟不斷發展的進程中，加快轉變經濟發展方式，使滁州實現從文化大市向文化強市的轉變，并且不斷提升自身的文明素質，不斷繁榮其文化市場，深化產業體制改革，大力發展文化投融資產業，進而打造出一個集現代性和區域特色性于一體的滁州文化。

　　　通過對滁州農村文化產業投融資的研究分析，對滁州農村文化產業的健康發展有一定的指導作用。同時，希望通過本文的研究對我國其它地區的文化產業投融資的發展提供一些借鑒作用。

Abstract:In recent years, the cultural industry has become an important indicator to measure the overall national strength.  In 2012, during the two sessions, premier wen jiabao strengthen the importance of construction of culture in his government work report . In strengthening the construction of harmonious society and, therefore, under the premise of accelerate transformation of the mode of economic growth and rapid development in our country's economy's background, by speeding up the cultural industry of big development, great prosperity, and promote the benign interaction of economic development in China is a strategic and forward-looking work. Socialist spiritual civilization improvement need to vigorously develop cultural industry, cultural industry and cultural industry investment and financing is the development of the important driving force. However, although our country in recent years the development of cultural industry has made great and remarkable achievements, but the rural cultural industry attention has just begun, even still in a state of neglect. Therefore, in our country rural residents material continually get rich at the same time, should speed up seeking to crack the difficult effective way of rural investment and financing of cultural industry development.

　　　Through research, Chuzhou main problems of cultural industry, combining with the related cultural industry investment and financing reform experience both at home and abroad, and targeted put forward measures to improve the problem, in the accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development, make the implementation of chuzhou cultural resources from the market in culturally strong across the city, civilization quality for the rising and prosperity of cultural undertakings, deepen the system reform, the development of cultural industry, create a chuzhou culture with modern characteristics, regional characteristics.
