摘 要:隨著財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略理論的發(fā)展，企業(yè)從戰(zhàn)略的角度獲得可持續(xù)盈利成長(zhǎng)能力最大化和創(chuàng)造新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，已成為財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一。汽車(chē)工業(yè)作為我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，感受到西方經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó)帶來(lái)的壓力和復(fù)雜多變的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境所造成的巨大沖擊。汽車(chē)業(yè)上市公司是汽車(chē)工業(yè)的精英和骨干，對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行全局性、長(zhǎng)期性、獨(dú)立性的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃有利于公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

　　　首先，本文對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和生命周期相關(guān)理論做出述評(píng)，使我們對(duì)基于生命周期的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的了解，為后續(xù)的實(shí)證研究提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論鋪墊；然后，通過(guò)建立公司財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)我國(guó)汽車(chē)業(yè)上市公司迸行實(shí)證分析。數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源于我國(guó)40家汽車(chē)業(yè)上市公司2010年—2012年的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和市場(chǎng)交易數(shù)據(jù)。通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，對(duì)融資戰(zhàn)略、投資戰(zhàn)略、股利分配戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與概括，得出了一些探索性結(jié)論，這些結(jié)論著重反映我國(guó)汽車(chē)業(yè)上市公司的財(cái)務(wù)問(wèn)題。最后，分析了我國(guó)汽車(chē)業(yè)成熟階段的行業(yè)狀況，通過(guò)大量的實(shí)證研究得出，我國(guó)汽車(chē)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)成熟期的基本戰(zhàn)略路線的。我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)的發(fā)展空間還很大，加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)用，讓中國(guó)汽車(chē)在世界汽車(chē)行業(yè)占有一席之地。

ABSTRACT:With the development of financial strategic theory, the thought that enterprises should obtain the maximization of their sustainable profitable ability and create new competent advantage from the perspective of strategy have become the focus of financial accounting field. More complicated and changeable economic environment brings pressure to the automobile industry which is the pillar of economic development. In the face of abundant opportunities and serious challenges, it does benefit to the sustainable development of automobile industry listed companies, which are elites and the core force of the auto industry, to make the financial activities of the overall, long-term and independent strategic plans on managing companies.

    At first, outlining the relevant financial strategic and life-cycle theory for the next paper, we can gain a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the financial strategy based on life cycle, for the purpose of providing solid foundations for further empirical research. Then through the establishment of financial strategy evaluation criteria system, this thesis analyzes empirically the automobile industry listed companies. Mainly The data mainly comes from financial report and market transactions report of China's 40 automobile industry listed companies in 2010 to 2012.The current situation of financing strategy, investment strategy and dividend strategy is analyzed and generalized through statistical analysis. We can draw out some exploratory conclusions which highlight the financial problems of automobile industry listed companies. At last, through a lot of empirical studies, the paper analyzes the automobile industry status in life-cycle stage of maturity and concludes that the development trend of automobile industry adjust to the financial strategy map of maturity stage. The China’s automobile industry developable space is very big; we should strengthen the study and implement of the financial strategy to help China’s automobile industry take a seat in worldwide market.
