摘  要:改革開放以來，民營經濟飛速發展，成為我國經濟最為活躍的增長極。個體工商戶為主體的非公有制經濟保持著較快的發張，但是民營企業融資難確一直是制約我國民營企業發展的瓶頸。本文以研究民營企業融資問題目標，對民營企業的發展現狀，融資方式，融資困境和解決融資困境的對策進行了研究。融資是一個企業從事經濟經營活動的前提，如果一個企業不能及時籌措到其發展所需要的資金，那么必定會阻礙企業進一步的發展。我國現階段民營企業融資難問題是制約其發展的重要因素。
