摘要：隨著風險投資市場的繁榮發展，風險投資基金也受到了廣大公司的關注，其中不少新型企業將風險投資基金作為重要的融資手段。

　　　然而在中國市場，風險投資基金還處于初級發展階段，很多企業對其真正的運作與管理還不甚了解，中國市場的大體投資環境也不是非常有利，發展不完善 ，體質也還存在很多不健全的地方。

　　　本文首先概述了風險投資基金的管理流程，主要細致的分析了風險管理流程中相對重要并且有特色的幾個重點環節，然后通過跟發達國家美國的完善體制相對比，分析我國目前存在的問題和缺陷，最后提出針對我國風險投資基金管理發方向的建議和意見。

　　　風險投資基金未來的發展前景取決于我國市場的建立健全以及整個大環境是否適合，所以，我們要著重完善風險投資基金的法律法規，并且不忽視人才的重要性，著重培養相關度高的重點人才。還有一點重要的是，整個市場的投資環境也是風險投資基金能否成功發展的重中之重，因此，要改善現在市場上急功近利的氣氛，以及提高整體企業家的素質及誠信度。只有各企業自身提高能力，并且身處于繁榮和諧的市場環境中，有完善的法律體制做保障，風險投資資金才能在我國真正得到發展。
