摘要:營(yíng)運(yùn)資金是企業(yè)資金總體中最具有活力的組成部分,企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展在很大程度上,甚至從根本上是維系于營(yíng)運(yùn)資金的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況的。近年來(lái)渠道關(guān)系管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理和客戶關(guān)系管理被廣泛應(yīng)用,企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理水平也隨之得到提高。而對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理理論和方法的研究,也逐漸由傳統(tǒng)的研究營(yíng)運(yùn)資金主要項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)移到從企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)角度出發(fā),依據(jù)渠道管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理、客戶關(guān)系管理等理論來(lái)研究企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理。本論文正是從渠道管理理論出發(fā),建立制造型企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的新模式,以此推動(dòng)中國(guó)企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理理論和實(shí)踐研究的創(chuàng)新。 本文基于渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理理論,結(jié)合北京佳訊飛鴻電氣有限責(zé)任公司營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的現(xiàn)狀,探討如何在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中通過(guò)改善渠道關(guān)系、變革生產(chǎn)方式等方法加速資金周轉(zhuǎn)、降低資金占用水平,從深層次挖掘資金運(yùn)用潛力。 關(guān)鍵字:中小企業(yè),營(yíng)運(yùn)資金,渠道管理

In recent years the channel relationship management, supply chain management, customer relationship management is widely used, enterprise operating funds management level also will improve. And for working capital management theory and method of the research, also gradually from the traditional research operating funds to and from the main project transfer business Angle, according to channel management, supply chain management, customer relationship management theory to research enterprise operating funds management. This paper it was from the channel management theory, establish home appliance listed companies operating funds management new mode, so as to promote China's enterprise operating funds management theory and practice research innovation. This article through the channel of the operating funds management based on the analysis of the theory, the paper analyzes the business activities of ideas and working capital evaluation index; Combined with B company operating funds management present situation, the paper analyses how the based on channel of operating funds management analysis, including operating funds to purchase channel cycle time gave, production channel working capital and operating funds cycle time gave marketing channel cycle time gave analysis. 基于渠道理論的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理模式,是基于供應(yīng)鏈管理、渠道管理、客戶關(guān)系管理的而建立起來(lái)的,打破原有營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的分類,重新對(duì)營(yíng)運(yùn)資金進(jìn)行分類,在分類的過(guò)程中,我們也充分的采用上述先進(jìn)的管理理論和方法,力圖將營(yíng)運(yùn)資金的管理與企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)管理相結(jié)合,尋找與各業(yè)務(wù)管理相對(duì)應(yīng)的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金項(xiàng)目,將這些項(xiàng)目分類到一起,在這一基礎(chǔ)上我們?cè)趯?duì)各渠道營(yíng)運(yùn)資金的需求因素進(jìn)行分析,分析時(shí)也是立足于供應(yīng)鏈管理、渠道管理,找出這些管理方法是如何影響營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的,并且通過(guò)規(guī)范分析,我們也證明了業(yè)務(wù)管理與營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理確實(shí)存在著重要的聯(lián)系,在此之后我們提出了新的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,這一體系從采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷以及整體分別建立指標(biāo),并對(duì)各渠道的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金作詳細(xì)的研究。這一模式的提出,可以說(shuō)是一種全新的營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理模式,將評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與企業(yè)的采購(gòu),生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷相結(jié)合,通過(guò)計(jì)算分析,去尋找業(yè)務(wù)管理的缺陷,通過(guò)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)管理的改善,以達(dá)到營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理的改善,真正的從業(yè)務(wù)著手分析,而不是去片面的看結(jié)果,在案例分析中,應(yīng)用了這一模式,也驗(yàn)證了這一模式在營(yíng)運(yùn)資金管理時(shí),確實(shí)起到顯著的效果。
