摘要:改革開放以來(lái)，我國(guó)中小企業(yè)取得了很大的發(fā)展，中小企業(yè)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，在促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、增進(jìn)就業(yè)、擴(kuò)大出口等方面發(fā)揮了不可忽視且不可替代的作用。但是從總體而言，我國(guó)中小企業(yè)仍然是一個(gè)特殊的弱勢(shì)群體，在與大企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于劣勢(shì)，尤其在資金需求方面，中小企業(yè)對(duì)資金的需求不足，影響了中小企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，對(duì)中小企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，資金作為企業(yè)最主要的紐帶，發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用，中小企業(yè)解決好資金來(lái)源就等于把握住了中小企業(yè)的生命線和生存線。在我國(guó)中小企業(yè)逐步向“做大、做強(qiáng)、做優(yōu)”模式發(fā)展的背景下，中小企業(yè)解決資金需求問題的重要性就顯得更加突出。本文將就我國(guó)中小企業(yè)資金緊張的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)分析我國(guó)中小企業(yè)資金緊缺的原因，研究如何緩解我國(guó)中小企業(yè)資金緊張的現(xiàn)狀，并進(jìn)一步提出解決企業(yè)資金短缺問題的對(duì)策。

　　　我國(guó)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展過程是一個(gè)艱難的過程，要解決好中小企業(yè)資金緊張的問題，中小企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)自身的全面管理，提高其自身素質(zhì)，增強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，加強(qiáng)對(duì)應(yīng)收賬款的管理，調(diào)整產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，加速資金周轉(zhuǎn)等。其次，政府方面應(yīng)加大對(duì)中小企業(yè)的扶持力度，彌補(bǔ)中小企業(yè)自身在市場(chǎng)上的不足。營(yíng)造良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境。解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問題。我國(guó)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展體系目前還不夠完整，所以我們必須努力完善中小企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境，讓中小企業(yè)能夠持續(xù)、高效、良好發(fā)展起來(lái)，使我國(guó)中小企業(yè)在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)蓬勃地發(fā)展起來(lái)。
