摘要:近幾年隨著粵東地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的快速增長，潮州市民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越引起人們的關(guān)注。但民營企業(yè)在迅速發(fā)展的同時,由于自身缺陷和外部環(huán)境多種因素面臨許多問題,特別突出的是融資。融資活動是企業(yè)資金管理中重要的一環(huán)，融資決策困難決定著企業(yè)的資本結(jié)構(gòu)，而這又往往受制于當(dāng)時的金融環(huán)境。

　　　本文從廣東省潮州市部分市、區(qū)、縣的民營企業(yè)的日常經(jīng)營中的融資現(xiàn)狀入手，通過調(diào)查文獻來獲得資料，從而全面地、系統(tǒng)地了解潮州市各民營企業(yè)融資問題的真正原因，同時與我國其他省市各民營企業(yè)融資方面的發(fā)展進行比較，通過借鑒國內(nèi)外民營企業(yè)融資方面的成功案例提出有利于潮州市民營企業(yè)發(fā)展的相應(yīng)對策。

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid economic growth in eastern Guangdong Province, Chaozhou City, development of private enterprises more and more cause for concern. Private enterprises in the rapidly developing at the same time, a variety of factors due to their own defects and the external environment facing many problems, particular difficulty is the problem of financing. Financing activities is an important part of enterprise funds management and financing decision-making policy-making decisions of corporate capital structure, which is often subject to the prevailing financial environment.    Part of the city of Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, District, County of financing private enterprises in the daily operations of present situation, this paper surveyed the literature to obtain information in order to fully understand the real reason of Chaozhou City, the financing of private enterprises, while compare the development of the private corporate finance and other provinces and cities in China to learn from the success stories of the financing of domestic and foreign private enterprises conducive to the development of private enterprise in Chaozhou countermeasures.

　　　民營企業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展不可缺失的活動主體，民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)系到整個國家經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，無論是潮州市還是全國的民營企業(yè)，以往的事實顯然表明我國的民營企業(yè)在融資方面確實存在問題，但同時也說明了我國的民營企業(yè)在融資方面還有很大的發(fā)展空間。隨著我國市場經(jīng)濟體制建設(shè)的不斷完善，民營企業(yè)融資問題會逐步得到解決，從而推動民營企業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、健康的發(fā)展，為構(gòu)建和諧社會做出更大地貢獻。
