摘要:污水處理工程電腦測控系統(tǒng)主要研究污水處理工程中,如何利用電腦測控技術(shù),對水位、溫度、PH值、流量等檢測量進行數(shù)據(jù)采集,上位機通過PC測控軟件Obtain_AU實現(xiàn)各站數(shù)據(jù)交換和顯示,并通過控制單元控制電機實現(xiàn)進出水控制。該系統(tǒng)采用分布式結(jié)構(gòu),各下位機通過有線通信模塊與上位機進行通信,其中有線通信采用RS_485或CAN總線標準,無線通信采用具有RS_232接口的無線數(shù)傳模塊或GSM/GPRS模塊實現(xiàn)。該系統(tǒng)最主要的特點一是采用了嵌入式系統(tǒng)(嵌入式軟PLC)代替PLC、工控板等傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)控制設(shè)備;二是采PC測控軟件Obtain_AU代替普通的組態(tài)軟件。本文主要介紹該系統(tǒng)的功能、軟硬件設(shè)計方案以及軟件各個模塊的流程圖,簡要地分析了該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的要點、難點及其實現(xiàn)方法。 關(guān)鍵詞:污水處理;電腦測控;ARM;FPGA
Abstract: Sewage Treatment disposal project of computer measuring and control technology system main sewage treatment works, the use of computer monitoring and control technologies, collecting data such as water level, temperature, PH value, flux and so on, master station exchange data with each station through Obtain_AU software of PC, and control MOTO with control unit.This system uses points of distributed. Each station connected to master station by wire communication module. and wire communication using the main line standard of RS_485 or CAN. And then wireless communication realize by including RS_232 interface operate module or GSM/GPRS module. The main characteristic of this system is that embedded system replaces the tradition industry control equipments of PLC and industry control board and the other is that uses measuring and control software obtain AU which owning the intellectual property rights by Mr liao who invented to replace normal configuration software. In this paper the system’s features and design aspects of programs introduced and flow sheet of each software module. Sample analysis the main point the difficulty and the realization of the system . 隨著計算機技術(shù)和儀表自動化的發(fā)展,小型的水處理池、泵站及一些小的廠站系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)無人值守或少人值守己經(jīng)成為必然趨勢。這就要求具有經(jīng)濟、實用的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是指將廠站中的實時數(shù)據(jù)通過變送器變?yōu)殡娦盘枺谕ㄟ^板卡或傳感器采集,經(jīng)過數(shù)字處理,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛嬎銠C可以處理的數(shù)字信號,在上位機處理后實時的顯示出來,或通過這些數(shù)據(jù)得到相應(yīng)的結(jié)論去控制過程對象的一種計算機控制系統(tǒng)。它可以完成實時遠距離數(shù)據(jù)的實時顯示,監(jiān)控管理,越限報警,等功能。
