      摘  要:從長期受石油污染的土壤中,分離出一株能高效降解石油的菌株ST-2,該菌株能以石油為唯一碳源生長。通過菌落及菌株形態(tài),革蘭氏染色及穿刺實驗結(jié)果和生長曲線,查詢《伯杰細菌鑒定手冊》鑒定菌株ST-2屬葡萄桿菌屬。其生物學(xué)特性研究結(jié)果表明,ST-2菌株的生長對數(shù)期在2~24h,60h后進入衰亡期;最佳生長溫度為37oC,最佳生長pH為6.4,最佳鹽度為15g/L,在30-40oC,pH5.8-7.2,鹽度10-25 g/L之間都能良好生長;ST-2菌株的最適碳源為蔗糖和牛肉膏,也能很好的利用可溶性淀粉、葡萄糖;該菌株對牛肉膏作氮源的利用很好,無機氮源中對氯化銨的利用最好。
