摘要:目前我國(guó)共有17000個(gè)建制鎮(zhèn)，絕大多數(shù)沒(méi)有排水和污水處理設(shè)施，而且，由于二十幾年來(lái)，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展，造成一些中小城鎮(zhèn)尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)比較發(fā)達(dá)的中小城鎮(zhèn)，污染嚴(yán)重，已經(jīng)影響到人民的生活和健康。城市生活污水排放已是我國(guó)城市水的主要污染源，城市生活污水處理是當(dāng)前和今后城市節(jié)水和城市水環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的重中之重，這就要求我們要把處理生活污水設(shè)施的建設(shè)作為城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要內(nèi)容來(lái)抓，而且是急不可待的事情 。污水處理是為使污水達(dá)到排水某一水體或再次使用的水質(zhì)要求，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行凈化的過(guò)程。

　　　本文介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外多種污水處理工藝以及城鎮(zhèn)污水處理的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容，其處理工藝采用的是推流曝氣池工藝，并對(duì)流程中的主要構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的參數(shù)計(jì)算。

　　　推流曝氣池是水流流動(dòng)形式為推流式的曝氣池。真正有回流的推流系統(tǒng)污水處理效果較好，但由于水流過(guò)程中縱向擴(kuò)散現(xiàn)象存在，但難得到真正的推流狀態(tài)。缺點(diǎn)是耐沖負(fù)荷較差。活性污泥生物處理過(guò)程中的傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法、階段曝氣法、生物吸附法等方法中均為推流式曝氣池。
