摘要:隨著科學技術的發展,全球人口的急劇增加,人們生活水平和消費水平的不斷增長,環境問題已經成為當今世界的主題之一,而如何有效地利用資源是環境問題的重中之重。 本畢業設計的目的是針對不同種類的生物質材料,對其熱解特性進行實驗研究。在收集資料的基礎上,提出竹材、木材、桑樹枝熱解的實驗方案,并完成這些材料的熱解特性實驗研究,分析和整理熱力試驗的有關數據。 根據工業分析結果的比較,竹材、桑樹枝的揮發分分別為68.88%和67.48%,固定碳分別為14.25%和18.00%,這兩項指標均高于木材,另一方面竹材和桑樹枝的水分都不高,在10%左右,熱解時從外界吸收的熱量并不多,因此將竹材用于高溫熱解,將桑樹枝用于低溫熱解是具有廣闊前景的。而根據熱值分析的結果比較,竹材和桑樹枝的熱值分別是16573.19kJ/kg和17056kJ/kg,均高于木材的熱值,超過了標準煤熱值的一半,因此將它們用于焚燒產熱也是一條理想的途經。從熱重實驗可知這兩種材料的熱解過程開始反應的溫度大約在200℃左右,相對較低,放熱過程容易發生。綜上,竹材和桑樹枝是很具有資源化利用價值的,我們應當提倡多對竹材和桑樹枝進行開發利用,將廢棄的竹材、桑樹枝收集起來用于熱解或焚燒產熱供能,以減少煤、石油等不可再生資源的消耗,降低氮氧化物、硫化物對環境的污染。 關鍵詞:竹材,木材,桑樹枝,熱解特性
