摘要:隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展和社會生活水平的提高,人們對水的需求量越來越大,直接導(dǎo)致工業(yè)廢水和生活污水的量急劇上升。靠自然水體的自凈能力已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。于是污水處理廠應(yīng)運而生。污水處理工藝多式多樣,本文只講述SBR一法。SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor)全稱是間歇式活性污泥處理系統(tǒng),又稱序批式活性污泥處理系統(tǒng)。 近幾十年來,電子工業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。污泥回流,曝氣充氧以及混合液中的各項主要指標(biāo),入溶解氧、PH值、電導(dǎo)率、氧化還原電位等,都能夠通過自動檢測儀表做到自控操作,污水處理廠整個系統(tǒng)都能夠做到自控運行。這樣就為活性污泥處理系統(tǒng)的間歇運行在技術(shù)上創(chuàng)造了條件。 SBR法是通過時間上的安排,在一個池子內(nèi)完成了進(jìn)水、反應(yīng)、沉淀和排水等一系列工藝過程,構(gòu)成了一個周期。這種工藝近年來在我國已被廣泛研究和應(yīng)用。本文對國內(nèi)已經(jīng)實際運行的SBR及其幾種變型工藝作些介紹,并著重介紹近年來發(fā)展的城市污水處理SBR技術(shù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :SBR法 活性污泥 一體化 設(shè)計

污水處理的基本方法,就是采用各種技術(shù)與手段,將污水所含的污染物質(zhì)分離去除、回收利用,或?qū)⑵滢D(zhuǎn)化為無害物質(zhì),使水得到凈化。 現(xiàn)代污水處理技術(shù),按原理可分為物理處理法,化學(xué)處理法和生物化學(xué)處理方法。 物理處理法:利用物理作用分離污水中呈懸浮狀態(tài)的固體污染物質(zhì)。方法:篩慮法,沉淀法,上浮法,氣浮法,過濾法和反滲透法等。 化學(xué)處理法:利用化學(xué)反應(yīng)的作用,分離回收污水中處于各種形態(tài)的污染物質(zhì)(包括懸浮的溶解的膠體的)。主要方法有中和、混凝、電解、氧化還原、汽提、萃取、吸附、離子交換和電滲析等。化學(xué)處理多用于處理生產(chǎn)污水。 生物化學(xué)處理法:是利用微生物的代謝作用,使污水中呈溶解、膠體狀態(tài)的有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化為穩(wěn)定的無害物質(zhì)。主要方法可分為兩大類,即利用好氧微生物作用的好氧法(好氧氧化法)和利用厭氧微生物的厭氧法(厭氧還原法)。前者廣泛用于處理城市污水及有機(jī)性生產(chǎn)污水,其中有活性污泥法和生物膜法兩種;后者多用于處理高濃度有機(jī)污水與污水處理過程中產(chǎn)生的污泥,現(xiàn)在也開始用于處理城市污水與低濃度的有機(jī)物。
