      摘要:保利江蘇房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展有限公司擬在某某市某某區(qū)仙林湖以北1號、東至湖北東路、西至現(xiàn)狀、北至望月路、南至緯地路,投資180000萬元建設(shè)住宅及與之相關(guān)配套設(shè)施項目。根據(jù)南京市規(guī)劃局的規(guī)劃設(shè)計要點,本項目用地性質(zhì)為二類居住用,總用地面積約為103982.09平方米,其中建設(shè)用地面積75464.48平方米,其它代征用地面積28517.61平方米。項目主要建設(shè)14棟18層高層住宅及其相關(guān)配套項目。

         在認(rèn)真研究該項目的有關(guān)材料,并進(jìn)行實地踏勘、調(diào)研,收集和核實了有關(guān)材料后,編制此環(huán)境影響報告書。通過環(huán)境影響評價,明確該項目建設(shè)前的環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀及其與當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境的相容性,分析該項目對其周圍環(huán)境影響的程度和范圍,并提出環(huán)境污染控制措施,為建設(shè)項目的工程設(shè)計和環(huán)境管理提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

         本項目屬房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)項目,該項目在充分考慮了節(jié)能、環(huán)保等諸多因素的前提下,按照相關(guān)環(huán)境保護(hù)要求認(rèn)真配套實施,對所排放的污染物采取污染控制措施,污染物排放達(dá)標(biāo),對評價區(qū)的環(huán)境影響較小,從環(huán)保角度考慮,本項目的建設(shè)是可行的。
