摘要

　　　自從改革的春風吹入我國，我國中小外向型企業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)欣欣向榮，在經濟增高、就業(yè)上升和國際間的融資等方面的貢獻不言而喻。在全球經濟一體化的形勢下，其在增強對相對區(qū)位、技術、市場營銷、內部化和特色產品等優(yōu)勢方面，使國際化經營的速度加快，為我國經濟的快速持續(xù)升高做出了貢獻。我們熟知，中小外向型企業(yè)走向成熟的重要標志是中小企業(yè)國際化經營。現(xiàn)代世界經濟的一種潮流是企業(yè)國際化經營，我國中小外向型企業(yè)必須適應這一潮流或對新局面新形勢作出相應的調整，不然將被淘汰于激烈的國際競爭中。在已經成為發(fā)展貿易的重要力量的中小企業(yè)，企業(yè)發(fā)展外貿業(yè)務的關鍵是怎樣利用好國際貿易融資。

　　根據(jù)中國中小外向型企業(yè)國際貿易融資的現(xiàn)狀，本文具體分析了造成中小企業(yè)國際貿易融資難的各種內外因素，試圖構建一個完整的中小外向型企業(yè)國際貿易融資體系，包括完善中小企業(yè)信用體系、加強中小企管理等各方面因素，即提出我國中小外向型企業(yè)融資難的對策與其未來的發(fā)展前景。
