摘要:當今社會人才是最有價值的資產,人力資源逐漸已成為企業獲取競爭優勢的主要來源。在21世紀的知識經濟時代企業競爭的核心已經聚焦于人才的競爭,因此,企業招聘工作的重要性也越發突出,根據對企業招聘現狀的調查發現,相當多的中小企業對人員的引進較為隨意,更多的時候是一種應急措施而不是的企業策略。雖然很多企業在人員招聘過程中下了很大功夫,但招聘的實際效果卻并不理想。中小企業越來越重視招聘工作的進行,招聘工作是中小企業人力資源工作中非常重要的一個步驟,而人員選拔是招聘過程中最為關鍵也是技術性最強的一步。中小企業由于自身條件的限制,沒有一個完善的合適的人才測評的方法。本文通過對中小企業招聘現狀的分析提出中小企業在招聘過程中存在的各種問題,再在各種人才測評理論基礎上,合理完善和加強人才測評的測評程序和操作方法,嘗試性的提出一種獨特的適合于各個中小企業招聘工作的人才測評方法。 關鍵詞:招聘;問題;規避;人才測評;中小企業
Abstract: In today's society talents are the most valuable assets, human resource gradually has become the enterprises to gain the competitive advantage main origin.In the 21st century, the era of knowledge economy enterprise competitive core has focused on talents competition, therefore, the enterprise the importance of recruiting work more prominent, according to the investigation of the present situation of enterprises in recruitment, found that quite a number of small and medium-sized enterprises to personnel introducing more optional, more time is a kind of emergency measures instead of enterprise strategy.Although many enterprises in staff recruitment process made a lot of effort, but the actual effect is not for good.Based on the analysis of the present situation of small and medium-sized enterprises proposed for smes in the recruitment process all kinds of problems existing in, reasonable and perfect and strengthen the talent evaluates evaluation program and operating methods, the article puts forward a kind of unique suitable for various small and medium-sized enterprise personnel assessment method of recruitment.
