摘要

　　　深圳聯防隊員強暴婦女事件，原本只是一宗普通的刑事案件，但由于犯罪嫌疑人特殊身份（聯防隊員）和媒體報道的失誤，引發了強烈的社會輿論。一些媒體記者除了象征性地使用化名外，不但公布了受害者的住址，還不經同意就跑到受害者家中，提出各種難堪的問題。一些媒體在報道中直接責問受害人，在沒有弄清事實真相就隨便報道，媒體如此缺乏責任和人文關懷的行為使得受害人痛不欲生,對受害者造成了嚴重的“二次傷害”。 在網絡盛行的今天，媒體“二次傷害”事件層出不窮，這些事件無論對社會大眾、當事人還是媒體自身都造成不同程度的影響,為此分析媒體“二次傷害”產生的原因，進而而尋找消除媒體“二次傷害”的對策具有很強的現實意義。
