      摘要:在義務教育普遍實施的今天,學校幾乎占據了一個人從童年期到少年期再到青年期的絕大部分時間,但實際上家庭教育在孩子人格形成時期具有學校教育無法替代的重要性。為適應人才化潮流,滿足社會對高質量富有創造性的新型人才的需求,本文試圖通過

      舉例、對比等方式說明我國在家庭教育促進中小學生人格發展方面面臨的挑戰,分析家庭教育模式的差異對學生個體人格健康發展的正負面影響,從而論證家庭教育對培養孩子人格的重要性不容忽視,結合我國當前家庭教育的發展現狀提出塑造良好家庭教育環境的可行性措施,針對目前家庭教育教學中存在的問題,提出一些需要注意的原則和對策,達到家庭教育與學校教育以及社會教育的進一步互補,以充分發揮家庭教育的作用,大力推進中小學生人格培養。
