摘要: 幼兒同伴交往能力是兒童進(jìn)入未來社會(huì)、成為主人的一項(xiàng)重要技能,是社會(huì)化的重要內(nèi)容,也是促進(jìn)幼兒社會(huì)化的一個(gè)基本要素,加強(qiáng)幼兒社會(huì)性教育,培養(yǎng)他們主動(dòng)交往、協(xié)同合作的意識(shí)和與人溝通、和平相處、共同生活的社會(huì)技能,是時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然要求。本文通過幼兒在園一日活動(dòng)交往進(jìn)行觀察研究,并且運(yùn)用問卷的方法,對(duì)所有小班幼兒進(jìn)行調(diào)查,由教師填寫問卷,了解幼兒同伴交往的現(xiàn)狀,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,探討影響幼兒同伴交往能力的因素。 經(jīng)研究得出,影響幼兒同伴交往能力的因素有幼兒自身的行為特征、教師因素等,并針對(duì)這些影響因素提出有效的策略,促進(jìn)幼兒的社會(huì)化發(fā)展。 關(guān)鍵詞: 交往 幼兒同伴交往 影響因素
Abstract:Preschool children peer intercommunion ability is into the future society and become one of the most important skills master, is the important content of socialization, but also promote cheeper socialization, strengthen one essential element of education, cultivate their children socially active communication, cooperation consciousness and communicate with the people, peace, the common life of social skills, it is the inevitable demand of The Times. This article through the children in garden activity of one day to study and communication, the method of questionnaire investigation to all classes by teachers, children understand young children's questionnaire peer intercommunion status, and find problems and to study the effect factors of children peer intercommunion ability. 見習(xí)記錄時(shí),我就意識(shí)到:幼兒同伴交往中存在著一個(gè)很突出的問題,就是以自我為中心。特別是現(xiàn)在的幼兒普遍都是獨(dú)生子女,父母非常寵愛他們,甚至是溺愛,在與同伴交往中更加以自我為中心。為人處事總是以自己的興趣和需要為出發(fā)點(diǎn),很少關(guān)心他人。當(dāng)自己的興趣或需要受到影響時(shí),他們的情緒往往會(huì)變得過激,出現(xiàn)一些不友好的甚至是攻擊性行為。 因此,研究者將對(duì)影響幼兒同伴交往能力的因素來進(jìn)行研究分析,從而對(duì)幼兒的同伴交往能力有個(gè)全面的認(rèn)識(shí),以此來更好的促進(jìn)教學(xué)工作。
