摘要:中小企業(yè)已成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，其對經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會的穩(wěn)定起著舉足輕重的促進(jìn)作用，如解決就業(yè)問題、研制創(chuàng)造新技術(shù)等。但是由于中小企業(yè)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模小，抵御市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力不強(qiáng)，財(cái)務(wù)制度不健全，又受宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化和體制的影響，使中小企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在著與自身發(fā)展和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)不適應(yīng)的情況。

　　　隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展和改革的不斷深入，我國中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中存在的問題將會更加突出，并呈多樣化發(fā)展的趨勢，而解決途徑也會因宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的變化、企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展而發(fā)生變化。所以，有效地解決中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理的相關(guān)問題，增強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)的競爭力，成為我國中小企業(yè)的首要任務(wù)。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprise has become an important part of the national economy, the economic development and social stability plays a very important role in promoting, such as solving the employment problem, research to create the new technology, etc. But because of small and medium-sized enterprise assets in small scale, resist the market risk capability is not strong, the financial system is not perfect, and macroeconomic environment by the changes and the influence of the system, so that small and medium-sized enterprises in the financial management exist and their own development and the market economy is not adapt to the situation.

　　　Along with the rapid development of market economy and reform, small and medium-sized enterprise financial the problems existing in the management will be more prominent, and the trend of the development of the show diversification, and solutions in macroeconomic environment changes, the enterprise itself and the development of the change. Therefore, effective solution to the small and medium enterprise financial management of related problems, enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and become the primary task of the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises.

　　　隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展，我國中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中的問題將會更加突出。只有加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理工作，才能使中小企業(yè)做大、做強(qiáng)，而不至于半途夭折，進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)我國中小企業(yè)專業(yè)化水平的提高和產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級與轉(zhuǎn)換，不斷提高我國的競爭力和綜合國力。中小企業(yè)在財(cái)務(wù)管理上的工作任重而道遠(yuǎn)。

　　　加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程，必須結(jié)合我國中小企業(yè)的實(shí)際建立一套有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理體系，確定適合于中小企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)管理目標(biāo)，一方面加強(qiáng)中小企業(yè)籌集資金能力，另一方面完善中小企業(yè)內(nèi)部財(cái)務(wù)管理制度，加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)算和控制，規(guī)范資金使用，提高資金使用效率。我國中小企業(yè)要解決目前在財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在的問題，還必須在法律和政策方面為中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造一個(gè)一般的社會公平環(huán)境，同時(shí)中小企業(yè)本身也必須在制度建設(shè)與執(zhí)行、實(shí)施繼續(xù)教育工程管理和開發(fā)職工隊(duì)伍、與債權(quán)人關(guān)系和與政府關(guān)系以及核心競爭力建設(shè)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方面下功夫。在社會和企業(yè)的共同努力下，我國中小企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理水平才能得到極大的提高，從而使我國中小企業(yè)在參與國內(nèi)國際市場競爭中處于有利地位，為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展做出重大的貢獻(xiàn)。
