摘要:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的以人工計(jì)數(shù)和光電檢測(cè)等方式來(lái)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)的方式已經(jīng)跟不上時(shí)代的節(jié)奏，當(dāng)今企業(yè)正面臨著技術(shù)革新的難題。采用人工的方法來(lái)完成對(duì)產(chǎn)品的計(jì)數(shù)不僅效率低、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度高，而且計(jì)數(shù)誤差大。因此，研究開(kāi)發(fā)一種自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)系統(tǒng)是生產(chǎn)和銷售行業(yè)中一個(gè)十分迫切的問(wèn)題，對(duì)減輕工作勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高計(jì)數(shù)的效率和準(zhǔn)確性具有重要意義。舉例來(lái)說(shuō)目前國(guó)內(nèi)棒材生產(chǎn)線，在成品打包入庫(kù)時(shí)，都是人工點(diǎn)支計(jì)數(shù)，人工對(duì)鋼棒進(jìn)行點(diǎn)支計(jì)數(shù)勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作不僅速度慢且誤點(diǎn)率高，容易將不同批號(hào)和材質(zhì)的成品混在一起，造成混號(hào)或混質(zhì)事故，給企業(yè)帶來(lái)?yè)p失。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中采用人工的方法往往工作量大、周期長(zhǎng)、速度慢，通常采用多人重復(fù)計(jì)數(shù)的方法來(lái)保證正確率。這樣一來(lái)不免又加重了人工成本。在計(jì)數(shù)這一領(lǐng)域研究出一種自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)的系統(tǒng)就顯得十分必要。

    本文通過(guò)對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行處理和分析，提出了一種基于圖像處理的自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)方法，并用VC開(kāi)發(fā)了面向圖像處理與自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)的系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了圖像目標(biāo)的自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the society, the traditional artificial count and photoelectric detection methods such as to the procedure of production activity has couldn't keep up with the rhythm of the era, today's enterprise is facing the problem of technological innovation. Using artificial methods to complete count of products not only low efficiency, high labor intensity, and the counting error is big. Therefore, an automatic counting system research and development is the production and sales of industry a very urgent problem, work to reduce the labor intensity, improve the efficiency of the counting accuracy and is of great significance. At present domestic bar production line, for example, to the finished product packaging, storage are artificial point counting, artificial point supported on steel bars counting the intensity of labor is big, long work not only slow and delayed rate is high, easy to mix different batch number and the material of the finished product, cause HunHao or mixed quality accident, brings to the enterprise loss. In real life with the method of artificial workload big, cycle is long, often slow, usually people repeat count method is adopted to ensure accuracy. So unavoidable and increased labor costs. Counting in this area developed a automatic counting system is very necessary.

    Based on image processing and analysis, this paper puts forward a automatic counting method based on image processing, using vc developed a face image processing and automatic counting system, realized the automatic counting of target images.
