摘要：以古尼蟲草為生產(chǎn)原料，感官鑒評(píng)結(jié)果為指標(biāo)對(duì)古尼蟲草咀嚼片的生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行了研究。古尼蟲草咀嚼片的最佳生產(chǎn)工藝為：古尼蟲草菌絲體粉添加量55%；香精添加量15%；檸檬酸添加量15%。對(duì)咀嚼片的活性成分進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)果表明咀嚼片的多糖含量為；總核苷含量為。
