摘 要 從蒙自一小選礦廠周邊采集土壤在基礎培養基中加入0.028mg/ml的硫酸鋅分離純化出一株細菌。運用火焰原子吸收分光光度法測定該細菌對鋅的吸附力,結果顯示該細菌對鋅具有吸附力。繪制出該細菌的生長曲線并對該細菌進行一系列生理生化試驗,試驗顯示:革蘭氏染色呈陽性,能水解淀粉,過氧化氫酶試驗呈陽性,唯一性碳源試驗可以利用葡萄糖、蔗糖、甘油、不能利用乙酸,在37℃時生長良好。 關鍵詞:細菌;鋅吸附力;生理生化
