摘要 離職是每一家公司都會面臨的問題,企業想得到更好的發展就必須要有更多的人才留在企業,為企業出謀劃策,一批穩定的員工一方面可以節省相應的招聘培訓等的成本費用,另一方面對于員工工作的士氣,工作的默契也是有很大的提高作用,這個是不能夠用金錢來進行衡量的。本文通過調查問卷,文獻查找,對比分析的方法,針對潤迅人員流失問題的進行解決。 本文先是對人員流失問題的現狀進行概括,并且通過文獻資料等得出問題將會對公司產生重大影響,讓后同過離職表的資料來進行問題的統計分析,得出統計數據之后再歸納起問題的原因,面對不同的問題,對癥下藥,一一把問題解決好。更加能夠了解到員工的真正需要和激發他們的工作積極性。 關鍵字: 離職分析,現狀,原因分析,解決方案研究
