摘要:考察XX學院師生關系狀況,為建立更加良好的師生關系提供依據。方法:采用鄭日昌的《師生關系診斷量表》,另加了三個開放性試題。隨機選取XX學院300名大學生進行問卷調查。結果:大學生在師生關系的行為困擾程度為中等,在師生關系總體狀況的三個維度中,師生間的地位關系最佳,其次為師生間學習關系,師生間的情感距離上關系最差,大學生在其性別差異主要表現在師生的地位關系上,在不同年級,不同專業均存在顯著差異,學生干部與非學生干部的師生關系上也存在顯著的差異。不同民族間的師生關系沒有顯著差異。說明師生關系與民族差異的關系不大。結論:我校師生關系總體狀況良好,不同性別、年級、專業、性格,是否是學生干部的學生在師生關系的情感距離,學習關系、地位關系方面存在差異。漢族與少數民族的學生的師生關系不存在差異。 關鍵詞:師生關系;生間的學習關系;生間情感關系;生間地位關系
Abstract:To search the situation of teacher-student relationship in Honghe institute ; to provide proof for building a better teacher-student relationship.Method: Adopt Zheng richang《Relationship between teachers and students diagnostic scale》,and attach to 3 opening questions.Select 300 college students form Honghe institute at random in the way of questionnaire.Result: The degree of behavior disturbance of the college students is a moderate level among of the relationship. In the three dimensions of the teacher-student relationship, their status of relations are the best,followed by learning relations. The worst ones are emotional distance relation of teacher-student relationship. The difference of college students about gender mainly show to be the status of relation between teachers and students. The difference exist in the different grades, different majors , even student leaders and non-student ones.,while no significant of difference of teacher-student relationship among the different ethnic groups shows that teacher-student relationship and the relationship of ethnic differences have little to do it. Conclusion:The general situation teacher-student relationship of our college is relatively better. There exist the differences of the emotional distance , the learning relations and the status of relations in the different gender, grades, majors, character and being student leader or not while there don’t exist the difference the teacher-student relationship of students between Han and minority students. 師生關系是指教師和學生在其共同的教育教學過程中,因其各自的地位、任務及行為規范的不同,相互影響和作用而形成和建立起來的一種特殊的人際關系[1]。師生關系也是大學校園人際關系最重要、最基本的人際關系。師生關系的好壞不僅直接影響著學校的教育教學效果,還影響著學生和教師。心理學家羅杰斯認為:“良好的教學氣氛是保證有效地進行教學的主要條件,在良好的人際關系中進行教學,師生間彼此真誠地接納對方從而達到心理相容,那么學生在學習中就會熱情高漲,主體作用就能發揮出來,教學目的也就能夠實現[2]。”也就說師生關系的好壞直接影響教師、學生的積極性,影響課堂氛圍。從而影響教學的效果。大學生正是一個走向成熟的人,他也會有被尊重的需求,在大學生活中,這種需求的滿足大多來源于朋友關系和師生關系。良好的師生關系會使學生的這種需求得到滿足。師生關系還影響著教師,融洽的師生關系可以使教師在工作中熱情高漲,提高教師工作的幸福感。反之,師生關系緊張,學生對教師不尊重,不愿接受教師的教育,相互間就會產生抵觸心理,教師容易形成職業倦怠,教學效果也就無從談起了。
