摘 要: 本文以嗜熱木聚糖酶降解自制玉米芯木聚糖后的降解產(chǎn)物為材料,以雙歧桿菌為對象,主要研究低聚木糖對腸道內益生菌雙歧桿菌的活性以及增殖的影響,探討低聚木糖對腸道內益生菌雙歧桿菌的活性及增殖是否具有促進作用。研究表明,在一定濃度范圍內,玉米芯木聚糖酶解產(chǎn)物對雙歧桿菌的增殖有促進作用,不同濃度對其促進作用影響不同。 關鍵詞:雙歧桿菌、低聚糖、低聚木糖、增殖
Abstract:The degradation products of homemade corn cob xylan degradation by thermophilic xylanase as raw material,with Bifidobacterium as main research object.The main research of oligosaccharide effecting to intestinal probiotics Bifidobacterium activity and value-added. Explore the oligosaccharide on intestinal probiotics Bifidobacterium activity and value whether has the effect of promoting. Research shows that,within certain range of concentration,corn cob xylanase hydrolysates on Bifidobacterium value-added role,different concentration different effects.
