摘 要
從實(shí)驗(yàn)室20株菌種中篩選出一種編號(hào)為660的菌種，其固體發(fā)酵液具有明顯的除鬼針草根活性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，660固體發(fā)酵液的除鬼針草活性主要表現(xiàn)為抑制雜草根的生長作用。將實(shí)驗(yàn)室菌種660發(fā)酵液稀釋5倍后對(duì)鬼針草根抑制效果最好，對(duì)其根的生長抑制率均在90％以上。660固體發(fā)酵5天后對(duì)鬼針草根的抑制效果最佳，抑制率為92.3％。

ABSTRACT
An Actinomyces strain 660 isolated and screened from laboratory twenty strains has clear outroot in its solid fermentation. The results of experimental showed that the outroot activity of its solid fermentation exhibited growth inhibition. It is the best for inhibiting spanishneedles roots when the fermentation liquar of laboratory 660 diluted five times, that was above 90%. The effort of spanishneedles roots is the best when 660 soild fermentation five days later. The rate of inhibiting was 90%.
