      摘  要

       

         通過盆栽試驗,研究了礦區污染土壤上施用豬糞、石灰2種改良劑對芹菜株高、最大葉面積、地上部鮮重、過氧化物酶(POD)活性、維生素C及游離脯氨酸含量的影響。結果表明:(1)施加石灰(除高量)和豬糞時,均能增加芹菜株高、最大葉面積和地上部鮮重,豬糞高量時顯著高于對照,石灰高量時的影響表現為抑制;石灰中量時株高顯著高于對照。(2)施加石灰和豬糞(除高量),均能增加芹菜POD活性,施石灰時與對照之間差異不顯著,施豬糞低量時顯著高于對照。(3)施加石灰(除中量)和豬糞時,游離脯氨酸含量顯著低于對照。(4)施加石灰(除高量)和高量豬糞時芹菜的維生素C含量顯著高于對照。

      ABSTRACT

       

        Pot experiment was used to study the effects of organic manure and lime amendment on plant height, maximum leaf area, fresh weight of aboveground, peroxidase (POD) activity,content of vitamin C and free proline influence in Celery grown in soil polluted by heavy metals . The results showed that (1) Application of lime (except high amount) and organic manure, can increase the celery plant height, maximum leaf area and fresh weight of aboveground, high amount of organic fertilizer was significantly higher than control, the influence of the amount of lime high performance for the inhibition; middle amount lime in the plant height was significantly higher than control. (2) Application of lime and organic manure (high amount), can increase the peroxidase (POD) activity of celery, lime was no significant when difference between with the control,low levels of organic manure was significantly higher than control. (3) Application of lime (except middle amount) and organic manure, the free proline content was significantly lower than control. (4) Application of lime (in addition to high levels) and organic manure high in vitamin C content of celery was significantly higher than control.
