摘要:近十多年來，世界汽車工業面臨著三大問題：能源、公害和安全。由于能源危 機和環境問題的日益突出，現階段世界各國均十分關注汽車輕量化技術。

　　　隨著能源短缺及環境污染問題越來越受關注，無論是從社會效益還是經濟效益 來考慮，低油耗、低排放的汽車都是節約型社會發展的需要。汽車輕量化技術正是 這一需要的解決辦法。

　　　汽車的輕量化主要通過合理的結構設計和使用輕質材料的方式來實現。本文介 紹鎂合金在汽車輕量化中的應用優勢及應用技術的新發展，綜述目前鎂合金在世界 發達國家和我國汽車工業中的應用現狀。鎂合金因為它良好的材料性能，最近幾年 越來越受到關注，最為最輕的汽車用金屬材料，對于汽車輕量化的發展可以說是相 當重要，也可以說是最符合汽車輕量化的金屬材料。雖然鎂合金擁有質量輕、比強 度高等優秀性能，但是鎂合金在使用中還是有許多技術難點，鎂合金受溫度的影響 很大，使得其變形變異特征很明顯。本文就鎂合金的使用的技術難點做了重點介紹。 同時，就這些難點提出了一些解決辦法。

　　　汽車輕量化可以說是汽車的一次變革，而且將會是一次長時間的變革，也是一 次必要的變革，不但能減慢能源消耗的速度，而且能有效降低環境壓力，可以稱得 上是造福整個人類。
