摘 要:從古時的青銅時代到今高科技時代,錫的重要性和應用范圍不斷顯現與擴大,成為先進技術中一種不可缺少的材料。由于錫資源日趨貧乏,今后將更加重視低錫、難選礦物的利用。煉錫原料將向多金屬、低品位方向發展,綜合利用將成為煉錫廠的重要課題。低品位錫礦或中礦的煙化爐硫化揮發、高溫氯化揮發等工藝技術將會在生產實踐中應用。本設計是依據“云錫氯化法”處理難選貧錫中礦,火法工序所得收塵沉淀,用氯化鈉溶液進行浸出分離錫鉛,最終得到氯化鉛和錫精礦。設計的主要內容從物料平衡計算及其它冶金工藝計算、設備選型、主體設備設計、車間平面布置等幾方面來設計氯化分離鉛錫、年產錫精礦600t的生產車間。 關鍵詞:氯化冶金;鉛錫分離;設計
ABSTRACT:From ancient times to today's high-tech era Bronze Age, tin show the importance and scope of application and to expand and become an indispensable technology of advanced materials. As the tin resources become increasingly scarce, the future will be more emphasis on low-tin, the use of refractory minerals. Refining of raw materials will be more metal tin, low-grade direction, tin smelting plant utilization will become an important issue. Low-grade tin ore in the furnace smoke volatile sulfide, high temperature chloride volatilization process technology will be applied in the production practice. The design is based on "YTC chlorination" treatment refractory poor tin ore, dust collection fire assay processes from precipitation, leaching with sodium chloride solution, separating tin-lead, lead and tin chloride finally get concentrate. Design of the main content from the material balance calculations, and other metallurgical process calculation, equipment selection, the main equipment design, plant layout and other aspects of separation of tin chloride to design, produce 600t of tin concentrate production plant.
