摘 要:本文介紹的是2500升(DN1600)開式搪玻璃反應(yīng)釜的設(shè)計(jì)。玻璃的主要成份為SiO2,能夠抗強(qiáng)酸、弱堿、有機(jī)酸等腐蝕性介質(zhì),其抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)于不銹鋼。將玻璃搪襯在鋼制容器的內(nèi)表面,使其成為具有類似于玻璃的穩(wěn)定性和類似于金屬的優(yōu)良機(jī)械性能雙重優(yōu)點(diǎn)的復(fù)合材料制品,能夠在許多方面替代不銹鋼、有色金屬、塑料等設(shè)備 。本次設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)給定的工藝參數(shù),按照GB150-2011《壓力容器》、GB25025-2010《搪玻璃設(shè)備技術(shù)條件》、HG/T2371-2003《搪玻璃開式攪拌容器》、《化工工藝設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》和TSG R0004-2009《固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確定設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并對(duì)封頭、筒體、設(shè)備法蘭、夾套、軸、支座等進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、工藝計(jì)算和校核,并提出制造、檢驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收的要求。最終設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果包括3張 CAD 圖、一張手工 圖和一份設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書。 關(guān)鍵字:搪玻璃;開式;反應(yīng)釜;設(shè)計(jì)
Abstract: This article introduces the design of 2500L glass-lined open reactor. The main ingredient of glass is SiO2. Its corrosion resistance is superior to stainless steel as it can resist strong acids, alkalis, organic acids and other corrosive media. Lining the high-silica glass to the inner surface of the steel container make it become composite products with dual advantages. Because of its chemical stability as glass and excellent mechanical properties similar to metal, it will take place of stainless steel, nonferrous metals, plastics and other materials in many ways. According to process parameters and the basics like GB150-2011<Pressure Vessel>, GB25025-2010<Honing Glass Equipment Technical Conditions>, HG/T2371-2003<Open Honing Glass Stirred Vessel>, <Chemical Process Manual>, TSG R0004-2009<Fixed Pressure Vessel Safety Technology and Inspection Procedures>, we should determine the design parameters. Then do structural design, process calculation and verification of head, cylinder, Flanges, jacket, shaft, bearings. At last put forward the requirements of manufacture, inspection and acceptance.
